" Northern Irish carpet manufacturer Ulster Carpets has acquired Griffith Textile Machines (GTM), a UK manufacturer of technical textile machinery. Ulster says the purchase reflects the company’s desire to continue to broaden the group by selectively adding outstanding businesses as and when an opportunity arises."
